Secure (SSL) Login on FT
Dear all,
I used the search function on the community boards but could not find a discussion to the following matter: Since some time, I am using SSL login and communication with FT. While it works mostly fine, there are a couple of problems: 1. I can't use in writing and editing posts all the functions, like smileys, formatting etc. none of that works under ssl login. I have to switch to non-ssl to get those functions to work. 2. The front page is not properly displaying and so is the profile/myFT I am using Firefox and only google analytics is blocked (right now). I would like to hear any help or advise, but I doubt that this is a problem related to my browser, but an issue with the FT site. I believe it would be in the interest of many if not most to have ssl connection, and it would be fine if someone could pick up on that. Thank you and BR, Bernie2012 |
We've moved your query to the Technical Support and Feedback Forum for greater effectiveness.

We are working on full implementation for this.
And since I'm asking basically the same question in a number of threads, perhaps IB could give us a head's up of the features expected to roll out in 2014, along with rough timeframes? Or better yet, provide details on planned features and see if the FT community actually wants them before you spend time implementing them :) |
