FT logging me off more frequently than DL.com
 

Until recently, my logged-in status on FT seemed perpetual.

Now, each time I come back to FT, I have to log back in.

Was my perpetual logged-in status a fluke, or have policies changed? ...or, have I inadvertently changed some option selection? (I looked, none are apparent.)

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Mine is fine, always logged in - from my computer and my phone. Sounds like a cookie issue on your browser. Try a different browser and report back.

When you log in, there is a box by your user name that you need to tick in order to remain logged in.

A few weeks back, I had a similar issue. I fixed mine by clearing all cookies/cache, and rebooting my machine. Next logon to FT (checking the box to stay logged on) has worked just fine since.

I know the IT dept at DL is bad. But it is now corrupting FT?

FT's web site is ok but its mobile app is a clusterfudge.

Nope. It's SHIBs thread on SSMII that prompted a tactical DL cyberattack on his FT account. :D

This appears to have solved the problem.

I probably disregarded the "Remember Me" feature, not interpreting it as a "keep me logged in" feature.

"Remember Me" usually just provides the username to speed up the log-in process the next time.

Sorry for missing the obvious solution. :(
