Book Swap Club
 

Hy Community,

I was browsing through the current FT Book Club and I saw a couple of items I was interested. Though I have no issue in buying new books, some might be out print, which means buying them used, which I'm also fine with.

But then, I remembered if it wasn't interesting asking the community if someone would be interesting in putting an old book to good use, by swapping/sharing/selling/lending the item (and I would put up the shipping costs).

Haven't asked it though on the forum, but I was wondering if a Book Swap Club thread would be of interest to the Community.

What are your thoughts?

True, but what about being able to ask users to share/lend/sell some of those books? :)

Just checked it and it appears to be outdated. I'd love to have a book club where we can exchange books! That would be a great way to save.

Why don't you start a thread in CommunityBuzz? Title it the FlyerTalk Book Swap Club, post the books you have to send out, and ask if anyone else has any preferred titles you're interested in and offer to pay the shipping? If enough people are interested, it might take off! But it's up to you to start it! :)
