Can't find the page to upgrade to FT Premium
 
Hi,

I just subscribed to the Inside Flyer online edition for 1 year, and have been trying to find the page to put in my Inside Flyer account information to upgrade to FT Premium. However, I just can't seem to find it. I remember I have seen it a month or two ago. Can anyone point me to the right page? Great thanks!
