Is Wiki's 'E-mail new password' button broken?
 

Does anyone know whether the 'E-mail new password' button on the FT Wiki site is functioning correctly? I've tried using the button, and no e-mail is sent to any known e-mail address of mine.

Anyone know who I can contact about this issue? Is there a support mechanism other than this forum?

This page is reached when clicking the "Log in / create account" link in the upper right hand corner, providing my username, and then clicking the "E-mail new password" button.

Ah -- wish I could help but I do not see a support link there either, and that is not an IB site.

According to your link, it appears to be part of The WebFlyer Network. You probably should contact admin of said network, instead of IB.
