Unable to recommend thread for talkmail
I'm using the link under Thread Tools to try to recommend a thread for talkmail. The link takes me to a form page at
At the bottom of the page is supposed to be a Captcha, but that doesn't display. When I hit "send", it refuses to send the suggestion, and gives the following statement:
