Wireless Login problem!!!
It is getting frustrated! I am on the road alot and want to access FT as much as I can using my wireless devices.
I have a Blackberry 8320 and Iphone 3G, and have not been able to log on into FT. I keep getting "incorrect username and password" message. I am beginning to think the problem is related to my FT handle. My handle is UA_Flyer, and it appears neither the BB or Iphone's '_" is an acceptable or recognizable character on the wirless site. I used BB and Iphone to access the regular FT site, and noted no log in problem at all. Please help!! |
Assume you are accessing via mobile.flyertalk.com
I just logged in via my 3G with no problems since my 3G seems to keep my password and i don't have to re-login. But, that may not be the problem. I think the problem is an Internet Brands server situation with WiForums as access this morning was sporadic. Let's put a tech ticket out to Internet Brands to look into this rather than blaming BB and iPhones!!! Thanks for the heads up.

I can access www.flyertalk.com without any problem using my BB and Iphone browers. I can login and use the site just like I am using my PC.
However, my problem is with mobile.flyertalk.com. I cannot login using the mobile site. It keeps giving me the username/password error message. Thanks for following up and hope it is an easy fix |
I was not to access via mobile.flyertalk.com at all, but don't have a problem accessing via flyertalk.com on my wireless device (Samsung Rogue - model U960).
I reported it to the link listed on the page...so I'm hoping it's a device compatibility issue. |
