Cancelling a Tap award flight on Turkish airlines
Hi Folks,
how do I go about this ,are the miles credited back to my Tap account and what happens to the small cash element
is there any penalty ? its business class

You should ring them up and ask them to cancel it (for free), they should be able to refund you the miles instantly. As far as the taxes go, they're probably going to try to screw you over and ship you off with a voucher. Make sure you insist on getting the cash back and they should refund it to you within a week or so.
