Trouble logging in to Website? Cyberattack August-September 2022
 
I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble logging in to the TAP Miles&go account. I noticed on their website that they were a target of a cyber attack. Has anyone else been able to login? The system won't even allow me to reset my password.

Yep, I haven't been able to log in since Thursday night (25/08). I called on Friday morning and was told that they're aware of the issue, with no timeline for a fix.

I can't access my booking (using PNR and surname) either.

Same problem...even tried creating a new account. It won't let me.

I've been able to access my booking thankfully. Hopefully it gets resolved this week.

I've had no problem accessing bookings, only my frequent flyer account.
Had a phone call with the Gold line today and they still have no prevision as for when the issue will be sorted out.

Yikes, I've been trying to create an account before a SATA flight on Wednesday. Hopefully it will be sorted out by then.

I notice that on Chrome I am only getting the "lite" version of the TAP website, whereas on Edge I can get to the full website (but can't login to my account yet). The main website has a note dated 26 August to say that the cyber attack has been blocked but they are still resolving the stability on the web site and app.

The full website for me in the UK is
https://www.flytap.com/en-gb/

and Chrome changes this to
https://booking.flytap.com/lite/

I was locked out until about 30 mins ago. It seems to be working fine now on both browsers and the App.

Well spotted, I am also able to get in today, which wasn't possible yesterday. I guess Miles and Go members should check their Balances and Transactions screen, just to check it looks ok.

It was a bit odd that TAP would not clearly spell out that M&G / logins were disabled, instead there was a vague note about the app and website "registering some instability", which wasn't even visible to Chrome users bounced off to the Lite version of TAP's website.

I am able to login on both App and website and see current bookings directly.
