How much to Fly to retain status...
Yes.. but what exactly do they mean?
Fly the required miles and 4 sectors on TAP? Or either just the miles or the flights? So if I do short haul, I’d keep my status?
My card expires in Jan 2022 and yet, here it says my status will be evaluated in July 2022! Or did someone do a typo and 07, meant 01?

They're alternatives. If you fly four segments (even if they're domestic flights), that'll be enough for you to retain status.
Because of the difference between the card and the website/app regarding the expiry month, I'd email [email protected] and ask for a clarification.
