Does TAP just not answer the phone anymore?
I have tried calling customer service to reschedule my upcoming cancelled flight at 8002217370 and always just get the busy tone. Their website provides me only the option to cancel all flights and get a voucher; the website also doesn't even tell me when the voucher expires.

Got a response calling 8009037914, which is only open during 08:00-00:00 Portuguese time. Color me impressed, they offered to let me keep my 700 EUR DUB-SFO J ticket active and rebook the same route any date up to August 2022 or request a refund.

Well, I've reached them, but spoken to 3 people so far and each has transferred me to someone else. Going on 1 hour and 10 minutes so far...trying to change a fligt in August to extend my stopover in Lisbon by 24 hours. May take 24 hours on hold to get to someone!

My experience was similar to that of 1353513636.
I tried calling from North America # times, only to get a busy signal each time. Today, I managed to get a live agent.
My issue got resolved. Misconnect in LIS as a result of a cancelled flight. Here is the thing..........to do so, I spent 1.5 hours on the phone - most of it on hold!
Seems that TAP Customer Service is poorly staffed.
I don't know about the FB strategy? Here is what I know does not work...........I tried emailing them # times. Either they did not reply - or - the reply was non responsive.
Lessons learned..........keep trying?
