Thanks for the highlights. You mentioned intr North America. Looking at the chart it seems TAP requires 60000 for intra North America economy....Isnt the standard 25000 for most airlines?

For some reason my postal address didn't go through with the application, so sent this and my request for the physical card to [email protected] - this may also work for you to raise the request for physical card.

Unfortunately it seems like they doubled the requirements for requalification from 25k to 50k miles.

Thanks a lot. I have contacted them and they told me the service has been suspended due to the Covid-19 and also, all Gold nominated by the Status Match need to pay 25 EUR if want to require a physical card.

When did you buy the miles? If you bought the miles after April, you may wait until 16 May as the email has informed previously.

Finally the digital card updated, but as others reported, the new requalification miles went up from 25K to 50K, and the card is until 2021 and no 2022 like some others got. Not complaining, will definitely use the Gold benefits enough to justify the 99€.

Any ideas for cool stragies to generate 50k? All given that flying will be possible again, of course.

I'm working on that. It shouldn't be too hard. Just shoved a couple of trips onto United next March and probably need a run down to Cape-town when we can. Now learning about Star Alliance booking classes, what happens on code shares..

Fastest and easiest way to 50K is cheap Business (at 200%) and First Class (at 300% on EK-LH-LX) fares.
