Lost luggage TAP Portugal

Last weekend I flew from Lisbon to Brussels, I dropped my bag at the check-in and immediately noticed the label was unclear. I asked the ground staff and they assured me it was OK. But once at Brussels: no luggage.
I completed all necessary forms, including SITA form for tracking. But it does not appear anywhere in any system. It probably has never been scanned because of the unclear label.
I still don't get an update, and the system still only indicates that the bag has not been found yet.
Any experiences on this? When I call TAP or the baggage handler at Brussels, they only speak Portuguese or no one answers... no reply on emails.

Try calling Groundforce in LIS +351 218431183, maybe they can look for it.
