TAP: Bought a |PLUS fare but upgraded to C with miles, will I receive any miles?
 

Hey guys,

As I stated on the titled I recently bought a Tap economy PLUS fare from TER-LIS but at the airport decided to upgrade to C with miles.

I was surprised to find out the miles I was supposed to be credited from the PLUS fare were not credited to my miles account at all, and the segment did not count as segment realized by TAP.

Is this their policy or there was some kind of mistake?

Probably a mistake.

It actually says in my statement "Fare paid not eligible (I) (EXECUTIVE)".

But in my initial electronic ticket (the one where I bought the plus fare) it shows as V fare.

Problem solved!

Apparently it was a system mistake, and after clearing it up with Tap Victoria Gold phone line the miles have already been credited to my account.
