TAP upgrades for bid or purchase
 
In following the recent trend with upgrades for purchase, does TAP offer upgrades for purchase or bid close to departure date when executive class has open seats.. This is for transatlantic. I know about plus grade in europe

GBM.Flights..if you are around... Any info would be appreciated

No, they don't.

Silver or Gold Victoria members can, however, use their miles for upgrades at check-in or at the gate upon availability.
