kokonutz elected TalkBoard Vice President/Secretary
On 16 Dec 2008, kokonutz was elected TalkBoard Vice President/Secretary by a 6-3 margin over Spiff.
By tradition the announcement of the TalkBoard's Vice President election is made by the TalkBoard President.
