How about a Forum called Ask a Pilot/Flight Attendant? This might produce some interesting questions.

Flight attendants and pilots contribute to threads already, there are tons of airline employees contributing as regular members of Flyertalk everyday.

If there were 'designated' airline employees 'hosting' or answering questions in a forum like this, I could easily see them being targeted by their employers.

On the other hand, there are also existing forums out there where airline employees discuss issues amongst themselves and anyone can listen in and/or join in.

Just a few tentative thoughts.

Agreed. I see this quite a lot in the AA, UA, US and DL fora.
