A simple request
 

I am not speaking for the TalkBoard as a whole, although I would hope they would agree with me here.

We have just finalized the group last week. We just got a forum set up today for our discussions (as well as an FT chat room).

Keeping in mind this is not our full-time job can everyone give us a little time to get things in order? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif There is a growing list of 'items' people want looked at...well, quite frankly...we don't even know what our mechanism is for deciding what to look at vs. what to actually do.

Anyway, I hope people get my drift here...and no offence meant at all.

Thank you for your condolences, Koko. Hopefully we won't really need them all that much.

I wish to second what Dorian has said. We are not magicians and it will take some time for us to develop our roles and procedures so that it will be a lot easier for next year's board to hit the ground running.

Having said, that, however, I would strongly encourage every FT member to speak up and let us know what their concerns and priorities are. Obviously, we won't be able to address them all immediately, but IMHO knowing what matters to you would be very helpful in helping us set priorities.

TalkBoard purpose: "to provide input regarding FlyerTalk feature requests, action requests that fall outside the scope of established policies and procedures, and general user issues as may be directed to them by the FlyerTalk member population."
