Am I understanding this correctly that you vote for 6 people?

That's correct; you can vote for up to 6 candidates when you cast your ballot. I'll add some more text to the ballot to clarify this...

I'm not certain how this will work...presumably the non-NA candidate with the largest number of votes will be selected, as well as any other non-NA's who outpoll the top 5 NA's.
