Participate all you want. I figure that the people who voted for it ought to be the ones who specify what their yes vote means, but you might disagree. A no vote needs no explanation unless it would have been a yes vote had the proposal said X inistead of Y.

I welcome all participation. New forums are evolutionary the first few months til the purpose and structure become evident. I never know where a great idea will surface. I like engaging all our constituency, members, talkboard, moderators.
