Information Desk does not seem to be working
 

One new thread! Any ideas to increase traffic? Poor title? Thoughts?

The forum is only open to view for admins, moderators, and ambassadors right now, in order for the moderators to have some time to gather resource material. It will open to public view on Monday.

The Veterans Day holiday seems to have delayed opening the forum. Hopefully it will be "live" later today.

As a TB member I've got access to it & had a 'sneak peek'. It's going to be a very useful forum & there are good threads already created.

To make it really successful/welcoming to new FTers (or established ones that might not be aware of some functions), I encourage everyone to stop by the Information Desk & add input, especially via the 'wiki' features.

jackal, scoow & canarsie have gotten a good start but some of the info still needs more information added.

Once Information Desk is truly up & running, I think it's truly going to be a valuable resource for FTers! And a reminder - the Information Desk forum is a 'flame-free' forum.

I tried to access this and cannot - any word on when it will be up and running?

My guess is sometime today. IB is west coast-based, so they're probably just getting into the office. We think they had the Veteran's Day holiday off yesterday.

I was able to pull it up on my iPhone while not logged in so it does appear that it's up and running ^
