nsx returns to Talkboard
 
nsx is returning to Talkboard to fill the term vacated by B747-437B. He is a past Talkboard member who was a strong contributor during his term. It is great to have him back.

While I am naturally disappointed at not being able to complete the term that I was elected to serve, I offer my best wishes to nsx as he steps up to TalkBoard again.
