Coop promotion - collect stamps and get miles
Hi all,
I would like to take advantage of your collective wisdom, since I couldn't find any results in search.
Coop is currently running a promotion where you collect 1 stamp for every CHF 10 you spend. You then have the option of trading in a booklet with 60 stamps and CHF 34.90 for:
- 2'000 miles
- 1 Swiss relaxation kit
Since I have the stamps anyway, would you consider spending CHF 34.90 as good value for 2'000 miles?
Thanks for your advice.
Cheers,
GenevaFlyer

As other Coop promotions have become more and more limited in terms of max. miles per promotion, I would say it is certainly a good value at 1.745 Rp./mile, yes. ^

haha, my GF really "needed" the chocolate as well
The earplugs will go into my car, always more relaxing to drive a convertible down the highway in summer with the top down and ear plugs in your ears to drown the sound of the air swooshing past your ears...
But what do I do with all these eye shades now? I already have 2 or 3 dozen of them from Business Class kits.
I bagged my 30k miles, roll over the next event for another 30k

Thanks for the update, Rudi!
Sitting on a pile of Superpoints, I would have hoped for another 3:2 Superpoints:Miles promo.
I guess we're not gonna see a 3:2 promo anymore this year then...

Wow, that's quite expensive if you just look at the miles but if you have the points anyway and just look at the 34 CHF for 2000 miles, it's "okay".
I am sure you took full advantage again ^

sure: 30'000 miles each on the accounts of Gisela and I, our two children and their husbands, and my two brothers and their wifes: a total of 10*30'000 = 300'000 miles.
Plus you get (when exchanging the trophy cards into miles) tons of free Superpoint-vouchers (500 Superpoints per voucher when buying at least Coop fine food products of CHF 25). We love some fine foods: like the delicious 3-corn Knäckebrot or the Wasabi peanuts, or some of their soups, etc.
