my bookings on milesandmore.com
It seems that I can view my bookings and upgrade them only if the have been booked on lufthansa.com
I cannot see any of those booked with travel agents or swiss.com.
Is it the same for everyone, or am I missing something?

Actually, not even the bookings I do in lh.com show up, even though I always enter my SEN number. It's ridiculous.
Then again, I'm not missing it at all. I stay up-to-date with checkmytrip, all my upgrades are stand-by, anyway, and even if they weren't, I'd just call LH to get me on the waitlist. I need to call them anyway in order to assign a tentative seat. Because lh.com isn't capable of even doing THAT.
