QUESTION regarding unused award tickets issued by STC after 01. Apr. 06
Hi,
are there any informations what happens, if :
I issue awardtickets letīs say DE-ZRH-TIP ow. until end of march for travel in summer, at 15k STC miles.
later I donīt use them, or want to change the date or the route / destination.
Any idea how they handle that ? And who is my contact for problems like this ?

An issued ticket, can be changed through M&L.
datechange with keeping the ticket, and route change the original STC miles will be credited to the M&L account, and then one can chose from the new program under M&L conditions.
