I would go for row 2, because I donīt like to sit in front of the wall.

I would go for row 2 as well.

My last experience with LX F (the last one with LX, as I won't fly them anymore!!!) showed that people seated in row 1 might experience the FA hurting the seat with the tray wile coming from the galley...

The "wall" in front of row 1 is lower than the seatback of row 1 in front of row 2

Cheers

But there is the cabin wall with the bar.

Just take a look here:

Wow, they still have that virtual reality first class panorama that they put up before the first A340 entered into service

How about replacing that with real cabin shots?

Avro Config

Hello everyone!

I am flying LCY-ZRH on Thursday and ZRH-MUC on Friday, both on Avro RJ100 in C. Do you know of any improvements that have been made regarding the middle seat? My currently assigned seat is 3F.
Thanks a lot.

In the Avro the middle seat is not blocked off in C class. Maybe if flight isn't full they try to not assign it but not sure about that

At least LX has a 2-3 seating compared to the 3-3 in LH so anyway there is more space than in LH

First time intercontinental on LX

Off to LA in C, wife, son, his fiancee and self. From LCY via ZRH. Never flown LX before apart from LCY-ZRH, GVA on 146s, sorry RJ100s.
340 has gently silde down bedseats, I see. But any advice please? We've got 7A,B, 8A,B out, and 8/9 similar on way back.
What's the food like, please? (and anything else you think worth saying!)

Thanks in advance.

For those who like the first row on the Avros, I noticed that there is slightly more legroom on the left side (1A and 1C).

Any suggestions for the EWR-ZRH BBJ

I am in Row 6 exit row right now.

Do any rows have extra legroom?

Any bad rows?
