Bonus Miles Questions
Do Bonus Miles (e.g. current promotion to NYC) count as Club Miles? I assume not, but it doesn't say it nowhere (handbook, newsletter, etc.) thanks for your help.

No, they don't. You always get 1x club miles (regular) plus 1x bonus miles (promotion).
