Error when entering API
Hi everyone. I'm trying to add my Advanced Passenger Information (API) in advance of a future flight on the Swiss website and I'm getting the following message:
Sorry, this flexibility is not supported. Please refine your search criteria. (DAPI/400/4926) I've tried this via the Lufthansa website too but as all the backend systems are now shared I get the same error message. Lufthansa Group IT gremlins at work? It's no big issue - just was hoping to save some time when online check-in opens. Any ideas? |

(Sorry for my english level 🙂) I have the same issue. I’ m trying to do the check in online on the lufthansa website because I have a flight tomorrow but it says the same thing. Please tell me if you find a solution. |

Solution: use Miles & More website
Hi - I managed to get all API updated on the Miles & More website. Logged in with my Miles & More account, went to manage booking and the followed the link to Immigration Details.
I wonder if that works for you? Good luck and enjoy your flight later. |
Thanks for the tip! It worked for me doing that (Miles & More website). Now I just have to wait and see tomorrow if I can check in as well. Been seeing some people having issues with that too.

Error complete Postal code and state
If i live outside USA, what i should complete at Postal code and state? Because the list of states contains only US state

Data can only be provided at OLCI or at the airport. What a progress by the new app.

For my return flight ex USA I had to enter passport data etc again at OLCI. But surprisingly the the KTN was still registered.

Anybody else have issues with entering API data on swiss.com?
i habe a flight to CLT end of March, ex MUC, and another to DEN in September ex ZRH. One ticket is an award in C, the other paid in C. on both reservations it states, that once I‘m checked-in I cannot change online, but need to call. weird…. |
