First amenity kit

No more la prairie kits - replaced with cheap Sober products - any background on how such a decision is taken…why would you do this to devalue the product experience?

…first the new business ?

More like cost saving to me, cheap ‘smelly’ cream & only La Prairie hand cream in the loos, another cost cutting measure…

….and lip balm is missing completely!
And furthermore LX could issue a new amenity kit in F, I hope.
In business there is a variety of kits available, but not in F.

Lip balm is actually what I would need most urgently, as I usually forget to bring some and the lips react to the dry cabin air much faster than my hands.

Recently ex ZRH the La Prairie hand cream was in the loo until about 45 minutes into the flight, then no more. Crew left the lid on, which makes to easier to steal it.

I don't care, if people take the before landing. But just after take off. Well, the cabin was 8/8 and very few seemed to be experienced F pax, at least half were last minute upgrades (which was also confirmed by the crew).

Every penny counts.

I overheard on a recent flight in row 1 that the FAs mentioned they had lots of PJs in size S on board and politely asked whether they would have a spare one for my daughter, who really likes them. They said yes, if they get back the one they had already put in my seat. Technically OK, but felt kinda cheap.

My Family love the Zimmerli also, usually take a laundered pair with me & take the new one Home, once asked if they had a spare PJ & got a bag of 5.

That's a sad move indeed - nothing against these Zurich toileteries, but it clearly is a class below La Prairie. Same stuff in the Lounges, even the firstclass lounge. Those where the days when they had Bulgary kits in their first class lounge...
