They are still very helpful, but apparently they cannot see upgrade availabilities anymore directly, but have to ask revenue management online. So the competences of LX core customer service have been cut like the HON hotline at LH.

Yes, they are very polite when they tell you upgrades & awards are not available but that does not help HON with evouchers & miles to use & they need to be used…..
