More cancelations longhaul in fall?

During the summer period it is already confirmed that the early flights ZRH-JFK (LX16/17) and back are canceled. But you can see in Expertflyer that these flights also in Sept. and Oct. have zero availability (I am booked on two of those), which is a quite certain sign that they will be canceled.

My LX40 to LAX (in October) was also cancelled a few weeks ago already.

Today my Sept. flights LX16/LX17 were cancelled. Got rebooked on the later departures, but changed the return flight JFK-ZRH to JFK-MUC.

I think this will happen around the world. YUL announced today that they will be working with airlines to cancel some schedueled flights for the summer time, in essence limiting flights. I think this is the only solution if they can't get the staff levels up. Will suck for some people for sure.

I had a friend return from Miami last week and she said it took 45 minutes for the greenhorn to dock the sky bridge to the aircraft... just to show what is happening at airports. Multiple delays at every possible level.

We're booked MIA-ZRH in early October. Is there a website where you can see what has been canceled so far?

No, but you can check your booking on Swiss.com or try to make a new booking for your flights to see if tickets are still being sold.

If they're notifying which flights in Nov and Dec have been canceled, does that mean they're done with cancelling flights for October?
