Correct. However, most airlines in the past have had cabin crew complements in excess of those absolute minimums. US carriers were the first AFAIK to reduce to the absolute regulatory minimum a few years ago - remember the brouhaha about AA removing crew from their 767s etc.?

What is true is that if there are any pax an board, you need that minimum amount of flight attendants.

LX A343 require a min crew of 8 for the exit doors, but usually have upto 10 FAs, if required.

You clearly need to sample some BA CLub service to appreciate what you are offered by LX!

current service in F on ZRH-BKK-ZRH

what is the service like for F passengers currently on this route re lounges, pick up/drop off, food & beverage in comparison to pre-covid time
with the F lounges closed on both sides and reduced other services is it worthwile to fly F instead of C? what is the service in C currently?

The inflight service is unchanged from the food offering, there are some adjustments to the service, for instance that the starters / cheese and deserts will not be served infront of you from a cart, you will make the order and your plate will be prepared in the galley.

Ground service at ZRH gives 0 benefits at this stage, the little closed off area in the SEN lounge is a joke and doesn't provide additional benefits. Not sure if and what for ground services are available at this stage at BKK though.

Bottom line, currently if someone decides to fly F it's mainly for th onboard portion, ground services / benefits within LH group are quite limited or in the case of LX non existent.

thanks!
I heard in the meanwhile that TG has reopened its Royal Orchig lounge at concourse E West on 10. Nov. It hat a small First Class section but it's not really comparable with another F lounge.
Have not heard about the other *Alliance lounges of SQ, BR and TK

The Royal Orchid lounge at BKK is very nice 👍

Puts things in perspective, TG are in bankruptcy protection & have a lounge open , LH Group have no F ground service & close the last F lounge in FRA on Wednesday..... go figure

I guess TG tries desperately to make money with opening the lounge hosting passengers of other airlines

LX FCL in ZRH is also closed...¨but LH and LH got billions of tax payers money...
