Swiss flight cancelled -> Rebooked on Lufthansa -> LH cancelled

Swiss flight cancelled -> Rebooked on Lufthansa -> LH cancelled
Swiss cancelled LX 2290 (ZRH -> KBP) on 25. March. Was automatically rebooked on LH (ZRH -> FRA ->KBP) on 25. March, which was also subsequently cancelled. Called Swiss and they rebooked: ZRH -> MUC -> KBP on LH for 28. March.
Now that has been cancelled with no automatic rebooking. Tried to call LX and LH. Both lines answer and then go to busy signal.
What to do? I am acting on behalf of Ukranian natonal desperately trying to get home.
