Unable to access reservation? (United Award)

Unable to access reservation? (United Award)

Booked a United Award on Swiss and attempted to access the reservation on the Swiss website to select seats. System responded that they could not locate my reservation even though I have a record locator and ticket number. Website told me to call.
Decided to try the Lufthansa website instead and had no problem locating the reservation there and select seats.
Is this just a bug on the Swiss website or is something terribly wrong and should I be concerned?

Did you have a middle name? Did you enter the both your given and middle names together in the field for a given name?

This should solve the problem. Happened to me, too. Although Swiss won't let me select any seats (booked on a United reservation)

Good point. I did not enter my middle initial. I will try later.
Should they be "glued together" or separated by a space?

The little question mark on the manage booking page does tell the user to enter their given and middle names. LH's method of only checking the last name works even better though.
