Unable to access reservation? (United Award)
Booked a United Award on Swiss and attempted to access the reservation on the Swiss website to select seats. System responded that they could not locate my reservation even though I have a record locator and ticket number. Website told me to call.
Decided to try the Lufthansa website instead and had no problem locating the reservation there and select seats.
Is this just a bug on the Swiss website or is something terribly wrong and should I be concerned?

The little question mark on the manage booking page does tell the user to enter their given and middle names. LH's method of only checking the last name works even better though.
