First time booking TATL with Swiss

Hello,
I booked a RT ticket SFO to ATH utilizing the 72 hour hold function. The time period elapsed, I booked the ticket and have selected seats.
My record on Swiss contain the e-ticket numbers and shows as a purchased ticket with credit card number reference. My problem is that the USD charge that appeared on my credit card as "pending" during the hold period has now disappeared ... the actual charge does not yet appear on my card. This has been 2 days ago since the hold period ended. Is this normal? I have booked Lufthansa before and while credits may take a while to appear, charges are always immediate. Thank you.

This isn't uncommon. Unless your ticket is for immediate departure, I would not be too concerned and check back in a week or so.
