Upgrading booking class L on LX flights

Upgrading booking class L on LX flights
Tickets in booking class L (Eco light) are according to the Swiss HON hotline upgradable by 20000 miles per leg intra-European, but not by eVouchers. My LH HON PA and M&M says it is possible with eVouchers, too. But Swiss told me again on the phone it is only possible for them in the system by miles, not eVouchers. Any idea what‘s correct?

After several phone calls later: intra European flights in L are upgradable. If it is a feeder flight to a longhaul flight they can be upgraded by both miles (20.000 per segment) or by evouchers. But if it is not a feeder, they can only be upgraded by miles, not by evouchers. What a complicated system! And furthermore it devaluated the evouchers further.
