SWISS - Breitling partnership

I follow Georges Kern on LinkedIn and his latest post on a limited edition Breitling watch in partnership with Swiss caught my eye.

Very elegant - unfortunately not planning to fly Swiss anytime soon.

Not your fault at all

But such repetitive advertising is rather annoying

Just like Lufthansa’s endless repeats of Schüco spots featuring Joachim Löw...

Atleast the Schüco ad changes every 3 months... the breitling ad on the IFE has been the same boring sexist thing...

Ah the famous ad that you can not skip, even in F. It looks pretty cool though.
For that I've seent he ad so many times now I'm pretty surprised that I have not once seen a price for the watch yet. I wonder how many J or even F round trips one could buy for it...

Well a good J roundtrip is certainly possible, and maybe even a F round trip to JNB or DXB.
Yes... a *mere* 3620 That's not much less than my yearly flight budget to make it to *G!

A reason not to use the IFE (can not see that commercial anymore) and obviously not buying such a watch which is not the "real" thing anyway. Go for a Audemars, Bulgari, Rolex, Hublot, IWC or whatever, certainly not Breitling.

An obnoxious commercial can also destroy a brand.

As a proud Breitling owner I would think the price is fairly reasonable
