Changing online ticket with refund - Swiss
I am in the process of changing a ticket that I booked on Swiss.com. it's not a difficult change but the website won't let me do it as a refund is involved. (the last time this happened the site wouldn't let me change the ticket as there would have been a 0.15CHF refund.)
So I have to go via the call centre. How is it that the guy I'm speaking to at the call centre can have me on hold for 40 minutes (so far) to move a ticket one day!
And why can't Swiss action a refund online?
