Let's put it this way, I would have preferred to talk with an actual Swiss airline Call Centre agent than somebody who works with a company that's being contracted by Swiss Airline.
Come to think of it, the first time I called was to choose seats because I was unable to do it online. The first agent I spoke with said the reason why I can't do it online was because when I purchased my upgrade at Swiss.com, the airline just did a "bank look" and not an actual charge. She then wanted me to do another upgrade purchase over the phone and wanted my CC # again, but I refused saying purchasing an upgrade online doesn't do a " bank look" or whatever that term means. I believe she meant a pre-authorization, which still doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
Anyways, finally got an apology email from a supervisor. This wouldn't have been an issue if it was just dealt with properly to begin with and not accuse me of lying about my ticket of being classic and not light.
