They have finally started to load flights, but it seems at least for the remainder of the summer timetable most of the flights will still be operated by Helvetic, with initially only LX464/5 and LX466/7 operating the C100 from the second week of August and at varying frequencies.

The CS300 could be certified for steep approach, but my understanding is that the CS300 is too long for operations at LCY.

From GVA the alternative is still Helvetic E190 with no legroom. The CS1 still has reliability issues and also poor legroom.
I have good memories of more than a hundred 146/RJ85/RJ100 flights - CityJet, Lufthansa, DAT/SN, LX, even the odd WDL charter years ago. Of course, going tech at LCY in the evening of a day return was not the greatest experience, but I think I can count the MX delays/cancellations with the fingers of one hand.

I was extremely happy once LH dumped the RJ85 and I am happy to see the RJ100s leave the LX fleet now. LH's 3+3 seating was simply brutal (LX has done a better job here with the 2+3 layout) and the small bins in the wing area made me try to avoid the RJ85/100s as much as I could. Plus, I do recall that there were supposedly issues with contaminated air in the cabin, but I do not recall the source.
