Swiss website malfunction on 2017/02/01
FYI

I made a booking yesterday at Swiss.com and did not receive the e-ticket or booking confirmation by e-mail. I have called Swiss this morning about this and they told me that there had been an outage yesterday evening and that they were still catching up.

If you haven't received your travel documents from Swiss for a booking made yesterday, you may want to give them a call.

I assume the title should be 2017/02/02. At times the LX website was down completely, not allowing any bookings.

Perhaps it applied to the following day as well but my booking was made on 2017/02/01 at 18:00 CET.
