Advance seat reservation - LX ticket
Hello,
it has been several months now that when i book a flight with LX ticket 724XXX and try to select my seat reservation in advance usually 1 week before scheduled flight, altought i am a senator, and utilize either swiss.com or mobile app, and i am logged in as a SENATOR... when i select the seat... the system wants me to pay for the seat reservation....
am i doing something wrong? any one there having same issue as mine ? tried to call LX several times... they told me it's the system,...
