The usual "tick what you want" breakfast form with an additional Indian option.
I was too tired and opted for the "no-wake" option. Previously, they've brought me a croissant anyway right before approach, so I ticked that, but nothing today.
In the end, no big deal, since I misconnected anyway (see Connect thread) and had time for a healthy breakfast, shower, and lunch in the lounge.

I usually don't end up eating anything other than a bit of bread and dessert, but on the couple of occasions I have asked for the soup, the crew diligently requested I don't, because they open a sachet of powder, pour in some boiling water, et voil: Soup.

Bombay - Zurich First

For the amusement of reading the French and German descriptions!

My standard sustenance on almost every long haul flight : vin et pain and the sinus-clearing mustardy condiment sauce dip thing (and sometimes dessert, though not on this flight)

Here's the red wine page from the September FCL menu:

And here's that Spanish Habla del Silencio wine:

It comes from Extremadura, which I thought was famous for pigs and pimentos, but this wine was delicious. It retails at just over 15 in the UK but I thought it was a wine of much higher quality.
Well done the LX sommelier who decided to offer it!

Not on a plane, but yesterday evening, I opened a wonderful 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve from the Simi winery, Alexander Valley, CA, USA.
Albsolutely FABOULOS! Despite its age.
Unfortunately, the winerie's recent vintages are not even close to that level.
