Probably the best roast beef I have had in an airplane (beats the AF-KLM cold meats hands down!). Rare and juicy.
The cheese was from the Vaud selection.

Should have taken a pic of the menu really but forgot sorry...
Apetizer was salmon terrine with cheese (and the same vaud selection on the side) or another choice i forgot.
Dinner was choice between beef tenderloin (pictured, was cooked medium and rather tasty), sandre fish or vegetarian coconut noodles.
Forgot what dessert was but it was nice.
Breakfast was a bit sad in comparison. Asian noodles were nice, but still the same two cheeses, which had become too much at this point!
Finally this impromptu trip was decided thanks to a tip-off in the premium deals section of this forum; many thanks to the community

Ha, ha: You drink Duval Leroy with the beef like me ^, agree that this beef of the August short haul menu is great (as is the cheese, one must have been a Tilsiter)

Got a screen of the menu this time. Pictured choices are both starters and lamb main.
I recommend the appenzeller IPA that they serve atm for a limited time. It's a great beer for after dinner.
Long haul breakfast - a la carte

shorthaul breakfast - 2nd breakfast of the day

Argentinean steak and chicken breast; salad bar on day flights and dessert is New York Cheesecake.
I miss it by two days, but on the screen it didnt look that special - off to South Africa now, so I am confident that I will find some good meat on the ground.

Ill get it in early September, its the only one of that 4 which I havent had yet. The truffle one was very overrated, Caviar and Seafood were spectacular.
