Fist Class ZRH-EWR LX18 27MAY2019

Caviar Tasting menu
Swiss starters
Special desert: yogurt mousse with raspberry sorbet
(note: I skipped main course, I wanted to try vegetarian option: Tofu Mirsang, but the stewardess discouraged me from it and I was not in mood for Bison or Swiss sausage)
one notable change is that there are no more Sprungli pralines but instead we were offered Luxemburgerli in four tastes: camel with salt, champagne, raspberry, and chocolate.

That's a nice change for the chocolates. Sprungli has so many good products they should change it up every now and then.

Excellent choice indeed.. Luxemburgerli are Sprunglis greatest creation to my view.

Similar on LX154 today except with Indian vegetarian options.

The Swiss caviar was the best tasting IMO.

I don’t have a photo but the lx55 bos-zrh this week was a choice of beef with polenta and potato, seafood medley with spinach (scallop, sea bass, shrimp), and chicken cordon bleu. Desert was a lemon raspberry cheesecake (which was delicious, and I don’t normally order that), plus chocolates. Also included a cheese plate (brie? and parmesan?), salad and probably something else.

Hello, I'm wondering if they still serve a full meal fare for LX139 (HKG ZRH) in J, the departure being close to midnight, or if they switched to doing express service like some other airlines do on late flights.

The SWISS website is not the best for information (put to shame by LH's predictive menu), and the last menu from this thread looks lovely but is from 2013

Thanks in advance, and I will promise to post menu screenshots when I'm back!

I believe it’s a full service. A business menu (in German) from Mar-May 2018 was posted here (post 495).

I flew the route (in F) in April 2017 and had a full service (post 423).
