Flew F ex-ZRH last week. They had a special lunch menu, with venison. I was about to turn down the food until they asked me how I’d liked it cooked. And it came back medium rare, as requested. I guess it’s all part of the Chesery restaurant special.
The meal was great.

SWISS Connesseur Seafood 2019
Thought I’d share a few photos from the ‘SWISS First Class Connesseur’ Seafood experience last week.
I’n not huge on shellfish myself but the quality was outstanding, service amazing and felt like they’d catered for 8/8 when only 4 pax were booked in F. Day flight so the full trolley service.
All felt very special and like being transported back to the golden age of travel.

Yes agreed. It was awesome. My only wish is that they had oysters instead of mussels because the presentation made me long for oysters, but I get that they may be harder to transport given how perishable they are.

Had it last year and was a bit disappointed, as the cabin was 8/8 and felt more like it was catered for 4/8.
