First Class and Gluten Free
Hi. Bit off topic I know, but appreciate any info....
I know I can prebook a "special" !!! meal which will be gluten free, however, on most airlines they are nothing like the normal First class catering.
Does anyone know if Swiss are any better? Also, I know on BA that the crew have access to the "chef's chat" document that advises all allergens etc.
Your help and info appreciated.
Thanks.

Swiss Steakhouse
I've noticed on a few video reviews that I've seen a "Swiss Steakhouse" option which enables choice of steaks and sides. Is this limited to certain routes or times. I'll be flying ex ZRH to Mumbai so wondering if it's a fairly permanent offering?
Thank you in advance for your help.

AFAIK, this is offered on all routes, but the 'style' is different. For example on the ZRH-SIN flight (departing ~11:00 PM), a plate of seafood in line with my wishes was prepared for me in the galley (to accelerate the service), whereas on the earlier ZRH-BKK flight (departing ~6:00 PM), all the seafood was presented on a cart with a large silver bowl.

SWISS Steakhouse Menu
Thought some of you might enjoy seeing this quarter's F special menu featuring the SWISS steakhouse which is currently being offered; this particular flight was ZRH to East Coast US.
Cheers,
