Modify airline board titles for DL & UA.
I recommend that we add to the titles of the DL & UA boards the names of their LCC units Song & TED. @:-)
We have a large number of newbies on FT and this will make their navigation on the airline boards far easier. Currently on the DL board a large number of the topics relate to Song and not mainline DL The reason that I am making this suggestion is that twice in the last week when discussing some travel plans with my customers, two people did not realize that Song was part of DL  and that you could earn Skymiles by flying on them. I am sure that this would be helpful to all new members. ^ |

I'm sorry if this comes off as a little crass, but while I applaud your intentions shouldn't there be some expectation that newer members do some self-educating about how a FFP they're interested in enough to find their way to FT actually works and who the various partners are? A very few minutes on either DL or UA's website should at the very least cover that ground. Or is that minimum effort too unreal to expect? |
