Discontinued programs forums
 

Anybody notice how half the discontinued programs' forums have become a repository for one individual's pathetic attempts to pad his/her post count, apparently to gain respectability for trades on the Coupon Connection?

Might as well move those forums to the archives.

Actually I do not know you are referring to re Coupon connection (the mind boggles!) but I use the forum above a few times a year to test posts with a lot of HTML in them just to check all the correct links work.

And HEY .. moving those older Forums to the Archives would mean the ANSETT forum was no more. There has to be SOME place on FT free of flames and politics??? Well, at least it receives regular posts. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

I was not referring to you in the least, but to an FT irregular who was obviously motivated by your qualifying criterion of 100 posts in your GLON thread.

Your post count, while it appears to have suffered from a recent glitch, needs no padding!
