I have difficulty keeping track of
my posts, an fining them to see what
the replies are.

Other than being emailed to death in a
conga thread, how do I easily identify
threads where I've posted ?

I'd also like an option to 'subscribe' to
threads I find interesting.

There's a lot of great content here, but I
like to spend 5 min per day to at up, not
30 min per day.
